Love Your Garden episode 7: Before and after photo gallery

We created a stunning garden in episode seven of Love Your Garden. The team worked really hard to make a special place for Enid and Roberta.

Their garden had a steep slope that meant they were unable to enjoy it.

Here it is when we arrived:

And here is the finished garden after the makeover!

I loved the paving with the raised beds – so much easier to tend. And the colourful planting is so cheerful!

The garden also had great seating areas. It’s important to make space to sit outside and enjoy the garden, otherwise you don’t appreciate it.

And the shed retreat was stunning!

We wanted to bring back great memories too, so we created this beautiful outdoor canvas photo.

    Hi there
Loved what you did for these lovely ladies. I did however have a bit of a worry about how safe the paved area was regarding slipping for someone at this stage of life (worry borne from experience unfortunately). Is there something you use to make it non- slip? Regardless, another beautiful garden- well done.

how does one enter to get a chance of one of your transformations? As an old nurse, still working (40 years), my back won’t let me do what I would so love to do!!

Love this show and how it can transform peoples’ lives, but sadly it’s not achievable for the average gardener. Each makeover must cost thousands! I appreciate it gives you some great ideas, but gardening is an expensive hobby. How I would love to achieve the results you do, but I seem to spend nearly all my time trying to control growth (not just weeds, but everything!) and now have mixed feelings about gardening. I love it, it’s good exercise, but it is so frustrating. Love what you do though David.
