The rules below are those that apply to Prize Draws only.
ENTRY
daviddomoney.com is a UK based business and as such the Prize Draws are open to UK based residents aged 18 or over.
Entry is limited to one per person or household.
Full Name, valid email address, and confirmation aged 18 or over, are required to enter a prize draw.
Employees or associates of daviddomoney.com are exempt from prize draws.
Closing dates are as shown on www.daviddomoney.com
No purchase is necessary for Prize Draws.
Entries received not in accordance with the rules, incorrect, incomplete, duplicates or post closing date will not be eligible.
Each Prize Draw will be promoted on daviddomoney.com and also at events at which David Domoney or Domoney Ltd are participating.
If you wish to enter a prize draw without providing email contact details, then please write to Prize Draw, Domoney Ltd, The Old Mill, Mill Lane, Kineton, Warks. CV35 0LA prior to the closing date stating details of the prize draw you wish to enter. Please include full name, date of birth and full postal address.

WINNERS
Winners will be chosen at random, from eligible entries, no later than the end of the month in which the closing date falls.
Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the prize draw date.
Winners should respond to the email notification so that arrangements can be made to receive the Prize.
Winners name and county will be published on www.daviddomoney.com after winners have acknowledged their Prize Draw win.
Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
If due to unforeseen circumstances the prize offered is not available, then a substitute prize will be offered of a similar style and to at least the value of the initial prize.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners name and county details will be available 30 days after the draw has taken place – send SAE to the address below.
UNCLAIMED WINNING PRIZES
If a prize winner does not acknowledge their win within 30 days then a redraw will be held to identify a new winner of the prize.
SPECIAL PRIZE DRAWS
Special prize draws will occasionally be made available for which the above rules will apply, except for a change to the Unclaimed Winning Prizes. These will normally be for prizes where there is a short deadline, such as show tickets. Details will be shown in the specific special prize draw competition.
Winners will only have 7 days to claim their prize, thereafter an unclaimed prize will be offered to members using an alternative method.
