Order Delivery

Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only, although arrangements can be made to deliver to other locations at an extra charge.

Post and Packing charges are those shown with your order, and may vary by product. We reserve the right to change post and packing charges which will be shown as an order is processed through the shopping basket.

Please state clearly the delivery address required as additional charges may be made for failed deliveries.

In some instances when more than one item has been ordered goods may be delivered separately.

We are not liable for any loss caused by a late delivery or for any damage or loss after goods have been delivered in line with your delivery requirements.

Returns Policy

We have many satisfied customers; however in the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the goods to us please use the following information.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase receipt. And the item must be in original complete condition together with all packaging.

Return delivery costs are non refundable, and if the goods aren’t faulty then the original order delivery fee will be deducted from any refund.

Send an email to customerservices@daviddomoney.com advising the reason why you are not fully satisfied and that you are returning the goods.

Pack the goods securely and enclose the returns note with it and post to the address below.

Please return goods via 2nd class post, and for your own security we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from Royal Mail. This is free of charge and will automatically insure goods in transit to the value of £26. We cannot be held responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged during transit.

After completion of the returns process, refunds will be actioned. If payment was made by cheque, then a cheque will be issued as a refund; if payment was made by credit/debit card your account will be credited.

Cancellation

Your subscription agreement shall commence on the date you signed up. You may cancel the annual subscription fee no later than within 28 days of the anniversary date of sign up. Notice to be given via our Contact Form

Domoney Ltd may from time to time amend prices for its products, services and fees. These changes will be notified to existing and potential clients via the web site.
