Project Description
Rhubarb is usually planted as a dormant crown in winter. These are taken from strong, disease-resistant plants. Alternatively, you can buy pot-grown rhubarb.
It will grow happily in a container but bear in mind that it has a large root system and will need plenty of space.
Plant rhubarb in late winter and harvest fresh, zingy stems from late spring through to the summer!
