Well built and has that extra touch being George Foreman. A pot at the bottom to collect the ash , so easy to clean ! A level to put charcoal on then the top layer to cook on .. so all round it’s worth the little extra in cost for similar models …

I bought this because it was on special (and had an overall good rating), having just moved to the UK and missing a good old South African braai. After I paid, I went and read some of the comments – I immediately felt disappointed because there were comments about quality and people saying spend more (ie a lot more) on a Weber. When it arrived, I wondered whether I received the same order the negative reviewers got – it looks and feels great and it’s a good size. Unless the Weber has some sort of self-cooking or cleaning function I don’t know about, I can’t imagine any reason to pay double the full price. Well worth it.

Great bbq and sturdy
Brilliant –
It was easy to assemble if you follow the instructions, a lot of reviews mentioned the quality being poor but I am from South Africa and BBQ often and I see no issue with the quality.

Yep, just goto leave those coals alone. Get those burgers and sausages on the bbq and the fat keeps the heat going. Nice little Guage as well but it falls out. Don’t pick it up it will burn you.Cooks food with two trays, lower and higher. My food is lush. Put the lid on with the filter open. Lush bbq taste. Glorious!

Didn’t expect a George Foreman BBQ to be unstable. I paid extra to not have to worry about quality, but it seems that quality assurance isn’t a top priority. Despite carefully following the instructions, and trying the BBQ on a variety of different surfaces (Incase my floors were uneven), one leg is definitely shorter. Don’t buy this BBQ.

A nut or two missing from the box, so was a bit disappointed at the start. Luckily I had some spares so got it up and running. A bit on the short side but it’s turned out to be a great little bbq. Had it for almost two years now and is still in good condition, the rack is starting to fail though, but I’ve been that impressed I’ve contemplated buying a new replacement rack! Gave it a good clean this year and tightened up all the nuts etc. I think it’s probably got another year at least in it and for the money that is good! Ash pan works well and is a good addition, thermostat fogs up in the rain, but they all do that and soon dry out, doesn’t seem to rust so must be reasonable quality metal.
