These are made from a high density foam , that actually takes the weight of your body when your kneeling , in effect protecting your knees from the ground .These are perfect for kneeling on when you’re tending flower beds and planting veggie seeds . They’re also easily stored use the hand holes to hang them up .Well priced I’m happily recommending.

Relatively thick kneeling pads with a waterproof coating. Quality seemed good and they are definately easier on the knees than hard flooring or ground. My biggest issue was the size of them. I’m tall but not hugely wide and these simply weren’t large enough to fit both knees on comfortably.
