This kneeling pad is quite thin. My knees still hurt when gardening for more than a few minutes. I’d say it’s better than kneeling directly on the ground, but at my age I should’ve bought something a bit more substantial.

Bought this to replace an old one – the photos make it look much bigger than it is – would suggest buying one on a garden shop where you can see what you’re getting – this is basically a very small rectangle of hard foam for a lot of money. Have returned
