This company had problems with their courier who damaged the peat item twice and didn’t deliver. But Shaun worked hard to rectify this and ended up giving a refund. Problem was with courier not the company.I retract my previous negative comment.

Excellent quality peat free compost with no critters hitching a ride (unlike another well known brand!) Have purchased 3 times from this seller, speedy delivery everytime. Bit spendier than other brands and methods of purchase, but well worth it as much better for the environment. Lightweight enough for pots, hanging baskets and large planters alike. Very happy plants!

Not easy to find this compost but found it in the end. I wouldn’t want to use any other brand now. Some brands are a very coarse compost full of bits of wood and horrible stuff. NOT THIS COMPOST.It’s fine and a bit sandy. I love it.

It arrived in a saturated state in a DPD plastic case, water was dripping out the bag, I required it for a peat free bedding material for African Snails, totally unfit for purpose and had to dry in the oven on baking trays, looked like “brownies” but smelled awful. Very disappointed, complained to the seller for a refund or replacement, but don’t hold my breath. If I was not desperate for bedding material it would have gone back.I had a bag previously earlier in the year but no problems then.
