versatile
I don’t grow tomatoes, but use this for my potted rose bush. Have also discovered that it is brilliant for apple trees. I planted 2 young apple trees 2 years ago and they lived but didn’t grow or produce large leaves. Now I can’t believe the difference.. they have bushed out in a matter of weeks

Woukdnt use anything else on ALL my flowers.

Not a full bottle
Looks like the right stuff but had leaked all over the packaging in transit, so only half a bottle arrived. Seal was already broken so this looks like second hand product. Replacement ordered but this one also not a full bottle when it arrived.

Short changed!
Product sold as 2.5 litres but only contained 2.25.litres. A quarter of a litre of concentrate is a significant short measure of 20%. Container was dry, cap secure and plastic wrapped.The dark solution was only filled to half way up the hollow handle and the miniscus was level with the red section of the rear label which alerted me to measure the concentrate. Caveat empor!

The Tomorite was great except it had leaked in the Amazon box and I lost some of it as it contaminated other items.
This product I bought was Levington tomorite feed, and was advertised and sold as 4 x 2.5ltrs. I ordered 2 of these which is 8 bottles of 2.5ltrs. When my order arrive there was only 2 bottles (6 bottles short)!!! –

Greener growth, more flowers
I would never have used this product if it were not for reading an article about growing Clematis, apparently they do very well with tomato food. I had always been a devotee of Miracle Grow, but this stuff is far better, not only have I used it on my Clematis but also on my hanging baskets and everything else in the garden. Furthermore, I have had a Bottlebrush plant for several years that never really looked that healthy, a season of this stuff and not only did I get more and bigger flowers, the whole thing has grown like never before and now looks a picture of health. This was the cheapest tomato food I could find to try it out, very good value for money, now I wouldn’t be without it, highly recommended.

My go-to tomato food
I have used this tomato food ever since I started growing tomatoes, chillis and peppers.It works well for all those plants and although I’ve only got around 3 years experience of fruit and veg growing my crops are often way better than most people I talk to about gardening…..beginners luck or could it be the food I use for my greenhouse crops?The ‘millions’ and ‘piccolo’ tomatoes are hanging like bunches of grapes but I do keep my plants well trimmed and I give the flower heads a regular shake to improve fertilization.I feed once a week with the Tomorite and my yield is great so I’d definitely recommend this fertilizer to anyone wanting to have good yields when combined with good plant maintenance practices.

How do I review tomato feed
Tried using as tomato sauce but a bit runny then tried it as sun cream not a good idea ending up looking like a red indian it’s very difficult & a farce to write about tomato feed but it was a nice bottle & a lovely top nice flat bottom & flowed like liquid.I’ve written this review under duress from Amazon I was told it was my duty ( I.e forced to write it ) so it’s very tongue in cheek

Bought when on offer, towards season end snd will probably see me through next season. Had a good crop, and I’m sure Tomorite helps. Other brands are available which I’m sure are equally as good, but this was best value at the time.

Good start for young fruiting plants, roses, courgettes, peas etc. Dilute in water barrel for easy use, plain water normally every other time though, too much leaf otherwise.

Misleading headline
I should have read the reviews….It should not say 4 x 2.5l. I did think it was cheap, but when it just arrived only 1 x 2.5l. I can buy this for £4 a litre at local Tesco. Not impressed. I guess if it seems too good to be true it probably is!

Tomorite Saved My Tomatoes And Squashes
Leaves of my tomato and butternut squash plants were turning yellow, and the plants were only growing slowly. So I began mixing a little Tomorite in each can as I watered them. And the plants are now as healthy as any I have grown in previous years, if not healthier. And producing copious tomatoes and squashes. So I have now bought sufficient Tomorite for the remainder of the season, and will be using it again next year.

Damaged parcel

Ordered this for my dad as a Father’s Day present upon his request – we grow tomatoes every year, and he finds that this works wonders for him. Faulty Top on bottle
Opened the bottle today as my tomatoes are now planted out and the top came right off the bottle in my hand resulting in most of the concentrate spilling out all over the polytunnel floor! The seal remains unbroken. Extremely disappointed
