I bought this compost for re-potting plants that had grown out of their pots. The quantity you get is perfectly adequate for this purpose. The compost you get is of reasonable quality and is suitable for houseplants. Be aware that this is only a small bag of compost which would not go very far in the garden.

OK but pricy – could be bought for £1 less at B&Q

Bought this to repot house plants – now inundated with fungus gnats! Avoid this product unless you want to be fighting off an invasion of gnats.

If not for having an impossible to win battle with fungus gnats (costly, time consuming and frustrating), that now infested all my plants collection, would recomend as it’s pretty reasonable quality potting mix. Bottom line – it is not suitable for indoor use unless you dont mind the infestation :/

I bought this compost because my house plants keep dying cause I’m rubbish at tending to them and so far so good! The peat free option is great because I’m an environmental nut and obviously want to avoid peat at all costs. It’s a little expensive for the size but it’s worth it in the long run!
