Description
Marigold French Dwarf Double Mixed Seeds by Mr. Fothergill’s.
Sow indoors for surest results, between February and April, 0.5 cm (1/4-inch) deep, in trays of peat-free compost. Water well and place in a warm position. A temperature of 15-20 degrees Celsius (60-68 degrees Fahrenheit) is ideal. Then, keep them moist. Seedlings usually appear in 14-21 days. Transplant them, 5 cm (2-inch) apart, to other trays when large enough to handle. Grow on in cooler, but not cold conditions. Gradually accustom young plants to outside conditions (avoid frosts), before planting out into well-drained soil, May-June, 20 cm (8-inch) apart, when frosts are over. Or, sow outdoors for ease, between April and May, where they are to flower, 1.5 cm (1/2-inch) deep, directly into finely-prepared, well-drained soil, which has already been watered. Thin seedlings as required. Water well until plants are established. You can enjoy their blooms from June to October.
Hints and Tips: Remove dead heads regularly to prolong the flowering season.

I’m cautious about buying seeds on places like Amazon as I’ve had some before that wouldn’t grow, but these have come up very quickly! Within 2 days and I have some healthy seedlings growing.
