Going by various reviews many others have had the same problem as I have – that trying to do the right thing by using wooden labels just doesn’t always work.Wooden labels tend to go mouldy and the writing disappears. Slate ones are too expensive and heavy for greenhouse seedling type planting, so back to plastic it is.These are good, smooth, a useful size and weight, and easy to write on (I used a fine tip Sharpie).Hopefully I’ll get a few years from them to balance the fact that they’re plastic.Happy to recommend. Thanks for reading, I hope you find this review helpful.

These plant labels are a good with plenty of space to write on, would recommend.

These plant labels are very handy and it was easier to buy them here than travel to buy them. Not exactly cheap and I think I could have bought them cheaper but with free postage it made a better option than travelling for them. They are not as sturdy as I would have liked but they’re only for putting in a plant pot so good enough for me.

These are quite long so I cut them in half to get double

I avoid using plastic plant labels for the obvious environmental reasons. The exception is when growing plants that will be in the pot for 2 months plus. Lolly sticks and other environmentally friendly alternatives just don’t last and you lose track of what is what as degradation renders the labels unreadable.I will reuse these until they become yellow brittle and unusable and only time will tell when that’ll be because there’s no way of knowing how uv resistant the plastic is when you buy it.Hopefully I won’t need any more for 8 or 9 years.

Sturdy. Useful. I use a pencil on them so re-usable.
