I end up using scissors to cut the twine as trying to cut it with the cutter on the lid has bent it. Looks pretty but a standard tin would have been better value.

Fiddly…. In as much as every time you cut the string on the cutter on the lid more often than not the string disappears back inside the can!Which kind of defeats the object!

Nice tin, but the cutter is nothing more that a piece of blunt steel, it doesn’t cut, it rips the twine if you pull hard enough with both hands against it. Returning this, back to the scissors it is :(
