David Domoney looks at how to repair and revamp decking. Many old decks are covered in dirt and algae. But you can revitalise the timber and bring it back to life. It is just a few hours work to sweep, clean with a pressure washer, sand down and protect the decking with wood stain. It costs much less than buying a new deck! Here’s how to do it.
