In the last episode of the series we were in London to help nurses Jeroume and Onessa Cariazo create a garden for their nine year old son Elijah who suffers from a rare genetic condition. Myotubular Myopathy is a rare genetic condition that weakens the muscles so that breathing and swallowing are a constant challenge.
